Not too long ago we crossed paths with Chris Mellor at the OpenStack Summit in Berlin. Coincidentally, you may recall, it was the same event where the launch of the Ceph Foundation was announced. A foundation of which we’re proud founding members by the way!

Anyway, with all the fuss being made about Ceph, we happened to catch the eye of this veteran tech journo as he learned more about HyperDrive – our custom built Ceph appliance that delivers game changing, scale-out, enterprise storage.
